These are parts of Appraisal Intelligence. Fieldwork is an optional module in the same product, rather than a separate product or an independent valuation service.

Access starts with a conversation.

The current rollout is a controlled pilot with Professional Appraisal Services. Additional evaluations should start with the firm's workflow, devices, report types and review obligations, so the supported scope is clear before anyone depends on it.

Workspace licenses and seats are implemented. Subscription billing is being prepared separately; this docs center does not publish a price list or offer self-service checkout. Confirm pricing, included access, onboarding and support directly for your engagement.

Discuss an Appraisal Intelligence evaluation →

For a firm or enterprise evaluation.

Use the application comparison to match the product to your team, then review architecture and security and data handling with the people responsible for your firm's information.

  • Agree on the pilot scope, supported builds and workflow acceptance criteria.
  • Confirm access roles, supported devices, network requirements and export needs.
  • Review data processing, retention, recovery and support expectations.
  • Ask for evidence supporting any required certification, contractual control or service commitment.

Public architecture documentation supports that conversation. It does not itself establish a compliance certification, service-level agreement or general-availability commitment.
