Workspace administration
A workspace belongs to the firm. Its people, roles and seats determine who can work with its reports.

An account alone does not grant report access.
Report operations require a verified account, active workspace membership, an active license and an assigned seat. These checks happen in the service for each operation; the desktop interface is not the authority for access.
Workspace owners and workspace admins manage invitations, people and seat allocation. Their management access is distinct from authorization to open a report.
Roles reflect the person's responsibility.
Scroll horizontally to read the full table.
| Role | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Workspace owner | Responsible for the firm's workspace and owner-level decisions. |
| Workspace admin | Day-to-day workspace people, invitations and seat administration. |
| Appraiser | Report development and authorized AI-assisted work. |
| Reviewer | Review access within the permissions supplied by the application. |
| Read only | Viewing access without report-authoring authority. |
Use the application to confirm the permissions of an assigned role. A job title outside the product does not automatically grant a role, a seat or access to another workspace.
Keep administrative actions attributable.
Workspace activity records identify changes to people, roles, seats, licenses and invitations. Customer workspace administration is distinguished from actions performed by Appraisal Intelligence internal administrators or operator tasks.
Internal administrative status does not by itself grant report access. Report work still uses the workspace membership and seat checks. Operational support access and customer-facing administration are separate responsibilities.
Manage invitations and departures.
Invite the intended email address, confirm the role and allocate a seat before asking someone to begin report work. Deactivate access when a person leaves the workspace, and review the remaining seat allocation.
Removing a person's access, archiving a report and requesting data deletion are different actions. For account or firm-data requests, use support@jarodvyent.com and the privacy policy.
