A guide to your workspace.

From the property visit to a report you can stand behind. A connected workspace for appraisal firms, with the appraiser in control.

On this page

A workspace built around appraisal work.

Appraisal Intelligence brings field observations, report preparation and firm administration into one product. Capture evidence at the property, review it in the desktop workspace, develop the report and keep a record of its revisions.

AI assists with narrative drafts and report checks. The appraiser decides what is accurate, what belongs in the report and what needs more work.

Current availability: controlled pilot. Professional Appraisal Services is the pilot firm. Access is arranged with Jarod Vyent LLC and granted by invitation. These guides describe the product and its current implementation; individual capabilities depend on the build supplied to your firm.

One connected workflow.

  1. CollectRecord observations, photos and measurements in a fieldwork notebook.
  2. ReviewImport a reviewed snapshot into the desktop report.
  3. DevelopWrite the report, request AI help and check the result.
  4. RetainSave report work and preserve selected snapshot/PDF revisions.
Fieldwork is optional. You can begin with a desktop draft and add evidence as the assignment develops.

Understand the scope before you adopt.

The product is being developed around UAD 3.6 report preparation. Complete standards coverage, lender delivery and software-provider verification remain separate milestones. A generated PDF or a successful AI check is not evidence of lender acceptance.
