Getting started
Begin with your firm, then prepare the devices you will use in the office and at the property.
Search the public guides. Your search stays in this browser.

1. Join your firm's workspace.
Your workspace is your firm's shared environment. An invitation connects your account to it; a role determines what you can do, and an assigned seat and active license allow report work.
- Accept the invitation sent to your email address.
- Complete password setup and email verification.
- Have your workspace owner or workspace admin confirm your membership and seat.
- Install the desktop build supplied for your pilot and finish account setup while connected.
Google or Apple sign-in, where enabled, connects to an existing invited account. It does not create a new workspace or bypass the invitation process.
2. Prepare for the visit.
If you use fieldwork, sign in and open or create the notebook on the device you will take with you. Confirm the notebook is available locally before leaving connectivity behind.
A prepared fieldwork device can collect offline for a limited period. Desktop report authoring requires online access validation. Read the fieldwork guide for the distinction between local saving, synchronization and report import.
3. Build and review a desktop draft.
- Create or reopen the report in the desktop workspace.
- Enter the assignment and property facts you have verified.
- If you collected fieldwork, review the notebook and import its snapshot. Resolve proposed field changes deliberately.
- Write your narratives or request an AI first pass for supported empty sections.
- Review the text and any report-check findings against the underlying evidence.
- Save your work and inspect the PDF before retaining a revision or exporting it.
Keep the firm's existing delivery and review process in place during the pilot. Confirm the supported report types and outputs for your assignment before relying on them.
If access or synchronization stops.
Check the connection and sign in again before retrying. Your workspace owner or workspace admin can check invitations and seats. Avoid clearing browser storage or uninstalling a fieldwork app while it holds unsynced work.
