Develop the report in context.
The editor organizes assignment details, subject and comparable property information, narrative sections, valuation inputs and supporting evidence. Fieldwork can be added to an existing draft or used to prepare a new one.
Property lookups provide starting information from supported public sources. Check returned records against the property and the assignment; source coverage and a matching address are not a guarantee of accuracy.
AI helps with a first pass and a second look.
The first-pass workflow proposes narrative text for supported empty sections and preserves text the appraiser has already written. Insufficient evidence should leave a section for follow-up rather than turn missing information into a fact.
The report check highlights issues to investigate. Findings need review; an AI result is not an appraisal opinion, a compliance certificate or an authorization to submit. Read AI and models for the model and data boundaries.
Save work and preserve what was reviewed.
Cloud reports support saving and reopening the firm's report work. Version checks reject stale saves so that a newer cloud copy is not silently replaced. Recoverable archives let work be hidden without treating archiving as deletion.
Retained revisions pair a report snapshot with its PDF. The system is designed to preserve that recorded version instead of regenerating an old PDF from the latest draft. Corrections belong in subsequent work and a new revision.
A retained revision is a recordkeeping capability. The pilot's report approval, signatures and lender submission workflow require separate validation.
A local editor with online authorization.
The editor runs inside the installed desktop app. Account setup and report access require successful online validation; cloud saving, AI requests and synchronization also require connectivity. Sign-out or failed validation locks report access.
Prepared fieldwork notebooks have a bounded offline collection mode. That mode does not grant offline access to the full report editor. Keep exported PDFs and backups in a location appropriate for your firm's confidential work.
